Cancel or resubscribe to your subscription

Step-by-step guide on how to cancel your TaskFord subscription or resubscribe before your billing cycle ends. Learn how feature access changes after cancellation.

Who can use this feature?

Only the Site Owner or users with Billing Manager permission can cancel or resubscribe to a plan.

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your paid TaskFord subscription if your team no longer needs paid features, wants to pause paid usage, or plans to move back to the Free plan.

To cancel:

  1. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  2. In the left-hand menu, go to the Administration section and select Billing & Plans.
  3. Find your current plan and click Cancel plan.
  4. In the confirmation window, review the cancellation message.
  5. Click Cancel subscription to confirm.

Cancel your subscription

After cancellation, your current plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. You can continue using the paid features during that time.

When the billing period ends, your subscription will be canceled. Features that are not included in your next plan may become unavailable, limited, or read-only.

Resubscribe after cancellation

If you cancel a subscription but the current billing period has not ended yet, your plan may still appear as the current plan. You may also see a message showing when the subscription is scheduled to be canceled.

You can resubscribe if you want to keep your paid plan active and prevent it from moving to a lower plan at the end of the billing period.

To resubscribe:

  1. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  2. In the left-hand menu, go to Administration and select Billing & Plans.
  3. Find your current plan and click Resubscribe.

Resubscribe after cancellation

After you click Resubscribe, your plan is automatically reactivated. The scheduled cancellation is removed, and your paid plan will continue as normal.
