Sections in Home
Quickly access tasks, boards, portfolios, and mentions in TaskFord’s Home page sections: Assigned to me, Recent, Starred, and Mentions to me.
Assigned to me
The Assigned to me section shows all tasks assigned to you, so you can quickly see what needs your attention.
You can switch between two view modes by clicking the view icons in the top-right corner of the section:
List view: Displays tasks in a table format with details such as key, name, board, and priority.
→ Works well when you want to scan information quickly or compare tasks.

- Card view: Displays tasks as cards with key details.
→ Helpful when you prefer a more visual layout or want to focus on individual tasks.

Click on any task to open and view its details. To see the full list of your tasks, click View all tasks in the bottom-left corner of the section.
Recent
The Recent section shows the boards and portfolios you’ve accessed most recently, so you can easily return to your work.
You can switch between two tabs to view different items:
- Boards: Displays recently accessed boards so you can quickly reopen and continue working.
- Portfolios: Displays recently accessed portfolios for quick access to project overviews.
Click on any item to open it and continue working. To view the full list, click View all boards or View all portfolios.

Starred
The Starred section brings together the boards and portfolios you’ve marked as important, so you can access them anytime without searching.
You can switch between two tabs to view different items:
- Boards: Lists your starred boards for easy access to key workspaces.
- Portfolios: Lists your starred portfolios to help you stay on top of important projects.
Click on any item to open it and continue working. To view the full list, click View all boards or View all portfolios.

Mentions to me
The Mentions to me section shows tasks where you’ve been mentioned in comments, so you can quickly see what needs your attention.
Each item provides context around the mention, helping you understand what the conversation is about.
To open the task, simply click the task key.
